Yoga
Yoga is a holistic practice, a science and a philosophy. It promotes human health at every level (body, spirit, soul), in order to fight the disharmonies, mind and body that hinder the journey that leads to love, awareness and universal union.
In Yoga, the path that leads to absolute knowledge consists of 8 steps (self-discipline, posture, controlled breathing, control of the senses, concentration, meditation and enlightenment).
Yoga Classes : The Mindfuleness Hatha Flow Yoga, which I practice includes, physical exercises (Asana), controlled breathing (Pranayama) and meditation - relaxation techniques.
It is important that the lessons are done indoors so that without distractions (heat, cold, wind, noise) the mind can concentrate and the exercises can perform to the maximum.
• Yoga services can be individual or group
• Usually the duration is 1 hour & 15 minutes, but this can be modified as needed
Useful information before the session
● A warm bath relaxes and prepares the body for the session (avoid wet hair)
● If you must eat, prefer a light meal, Avoid alcohol
● Inform your therapist about any health problems or allergies
● The venue must be quiet and without others presence
● All Oils and Essential oils which are used are Organic and certified for body application
Cancelation policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment, free of charge, up to 6 hours before your appointment.
For cancellations up to 2 hours before the appointment, the charge is 50% of the scheduled service amount.
If canceled less than 2 hours before the appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.

Payment is by cash only to the Healer.
